Store Operations Manager

**Job Summary**
Circle K is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Help with hiring, training, and developing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with merchandising, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stockroom organization.
- Help maintain a clean and safe store environment, including ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Assist with cash handling, including processing transactions, managing cash and credit sales, and reconciling daily sales.
- Help with problem-solving, including resolving customer complaints and addressing any issues that may arise during the course of the day.
- Assist with maintaining accurate records, including sales data, inventory levels, and employee hours.
**Requirements**
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and welcoming experience.
- Planning and Organizing: Assist with planning and organizing store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Communicating Plans and Ideas: Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and management to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned.
- Cash-Handling and Bookkeeping: Assist with cash handling, including processing transactions, managing cash and credit sales, and reconciling daily sales.
- Problem Solving: Help with problem-solving, including resolving customer complaints and addressing any issues that may arise during the course of the day.
- Advocating and Empathizing: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and welcoming experience.
- Safety and Security: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Driver License: Possess a valid driver's license.

- Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail, preferably in a management role.
- Management Skills: Proven management skills, including leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
