About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at Co-Care Health Group Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Assist clients with medication administration, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote social interaction and well-being.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
