Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Co-Care Health Group Inc. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our clients.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting their physical and emotional health.
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals, taking into account our clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Provide companionship and social support, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our clients.
  • Assist with medication administration, following established protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment, 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
