About the Role:
Tolko Industries Ltd. is seeking a skilled Red Seal Millwright to join our team at our High Prairie OSB Division. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mill machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on mill machinery and equipment
- Inspect and troubleshoot issues with hydraulic systems, mechanical systems, and other equipment
- Work independently and as part of a team to maintain and repair equipment
- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and effective maintenance practices
- Share knowledge and expertise with apprentices and other team members
Requirements:
- Red Seal Millwright certification
- Experience with troubleshooting hydraulic systems and reading blueprints, plans, and schematic drawings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
