About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Millwright to join our team at Tolko Industries Ltd. in High Level, Alberta. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mill machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on mill machinery and equipment
  • Inspect and troubleshoot issues with hydraulic systems, mechanical systems, and other equipment
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance plans and procedures
  • Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance staff
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime
