Client Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Client Care Coordinator to join our team at WSAudiology. This full-time opportunity would be a great career move for someone with strong administration and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the set-up and marketing of our new clinic, including participating in community events and marketing initiatives.
- Act as the key point of contact for patients at our clinic, handling client-facing and front-desk responsibilities.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as processing payments and maintaining client files.
- Educate patients on hearing device payment plans and insurance direct-billing.
- Participate in ongoing HearCANADA branding and marketing initiatives.
- Assist clinical team members with sanitization and equipment as directed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative capacity.
- Experience in a retail or sales-oriented environment is strongly preferred.
- An energetic and self-driven individual who is excited about business development and community partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and build relationships with colleagues and community partners.
- Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required for local travel to events and marketing engagements.
