Job Title: International Tax Controller

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced International Tax Controller to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the International Tax Provisioning process, working with non-UK businesses and auditors, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the International Tax Provisioning process, including quarterly tax reporting and governance
  • Review and develop tax reporting requirements for non-UK businesses
  • Support the implementation of CbCR and Pillar II systems
  • Collaborate with non-UK businesses to ensure accurate tax forecasting and reporting
  • Prepare current and deferred tax calculations for non-UK businesses
  • Deliver and submit CbCR reports
  • Review non-UK corporate tax returns and payments
  • Work with shareholder tax advisors to ensure US tax elections are maintained

Requirements:

  • Tax and/or accountancy qualifications (CIOT, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • IFRS tax accounting experience
  • Line management experience (1 direct report)
  • Demonstrable experience and proficiency in managing International Tax Provisioning processes
  • Experience in using tax and/or accounting systems, as well as Microsoft Excel
