Job Title: Finance Service Delivery Manager

The Finance Service Delivery Manager plays a critical role in the Service Management team at Mundipharma International, responsible for overseeing the delivery of finance services across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of finance processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service delivery, track and monitor issues, and promote process improvements.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring service agreements are upheld and transparently reported.
  • Process Leadership: Establish a culture of process excellence, continuous improvement, and strong compliance across finance services, working closely with GPOs, Internal Controls, and Internal Audit.
  • Interaction Models: Support the development of metrics and reports within Power BI, ensuring data integrity and controls are embedded, and define and implement interaction models between finance services and customers through Service Now.
  • FSSC Communication: Establish a robust communication plan for internal and wider business stakeholders, managing communications across all levels of governance.
Requirements:
  • University Degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
  • Service Delivery experience in a global company
  • Experience in managing large/complex operations & projects, including BPO and captive shared services
  • Continuous improvement track record
  • End-to-end finance process understanding
  • Finance shared services experience
  • ERP rollout programme, project delivery, automation initiatives
  • Pharma industry processes
  • Finance transformation experience
  • End-to-end enterprise processes understanding
  • Coaches & manages people (direct and/or indirect), delegates effectively, cross-functional wow understanding, senior stakeholder management, strong negotiation skills
