We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Ontario. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our brand within existing customer bases and identifying new sales opportunities in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed annual sales and profit margin goals
  • Develop and present proposals for customer applications and requirements
  • Collaborate with our team to understand customer needs and provide technical sales support
  • Travel within assigned territory (50%) and other domestic and international locations as required

Requirements:

  • Engineering Education with 2–3 years' experience in B2B sales or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Analytical and structured thinking with a creative ability to work toward targets and identify new business opportunities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend solutions for customer needs
