Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Train and develop staff members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Maintain high-quality food and service standards by implementing effective quality control measures.
  • Prepare detailed budgets and cost estimates to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Submit comprehensive reports to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules to maximize productivity.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the food industry.
  • Prior experience in training and developing staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
