ServiceNow Architecte Spécialiste

Dans le cadre de ses ententes avec ses différents clients, Procom est actuellement à la recherche d'un ServiceNow Architecte Spécialiste pour une entreprise dans le domaine de l'investissement. Notre client est situé à Montréal.

Responsabilités

  • Produire des résultats concrets pour se joindre à l'équipe chargée de la gestion des services des TI de ServiceNow (ITSM);
  • Travailler en collaboration avec une équipe existante, sur toutes les tâches liées au développement : définition des exigences, conception, révision de codes, mise à fait et déploiement;
  • Concevoir, guider et réviser le travail des développeurs juniors et en préciser les exigences;
  • Personnaliser et développer des applications sur ServiceNow en plus de créer des ponts avec ses autres systèmes et sources de données.

Compétences requises

  • Expérience en développement avec ServiceNow (JavaScript, flux de travaux et ensembles de mises à jour);
  • Expérience significative en développement de logiciels, en architecture logicielle et en structures de données, de même qu'avec les algorithmes et les modèles de cycle de vie de développement logiciel;
  • Connaissance des concepts des applications de bases de données comme SQL et l'optimisation de requêtes;
  • Capacité à travailler avec des clients, à recueillir des exigences et à créer des solutions de manière indépendante;
  • Contribution active au travail des équipes et des collègues à l'échelle mondiale;
  • Bonnes compétences en communication orale et écrite;
  • Bonnes compétences analytiques quantitatives, capacité à travailler avec de vastes ensembles de données;
  • Excellentes aptitudes en résolution de problèmes, approche méthodique en résolution de problèmes sur les systèmes distribués;
  • Collaborer efficacement avec les autres; ne pas avoir peur de donner et de recevoir une rétroaction honnête;
  • Aptitudes à effectuer des essais fonctionnels et unitaires;
  • Formation et certification d'administrateur et de développeur ServiceNow est un atout;
  • Expérience avec des langages de scripts comme Perl et Python, particulièrement avec Unix/Linux est un atout;
  • AngularJS et Node.js expérience est un atout;
  • Familiarité avec SOAP, REST, XML et JSON est un atout;
  • Expérience avec l'interface utilisateur et les concepts d'utilisabilité des applications Web est un atout;
  • Connaissance des concepts de développement de logiciels sécuritaires, en particulier sur une plateforme infonuagique est un atout;
  • Expérience avec la bibliothèque d'infrastructure des TI (ITIL) ou certification pertinente est un atout;
  • Expérience en développement Agile est un atout.
