As a Senior Data Scientist in the Rider team, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to leverage data and analytics to shape our rider app and make business decisions that prioritize customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate data insights into actionable decisions
- Designing and analyzing online experiments to inform product development
- Developing analytical frameworks to monitor business and product performance
- Establishing metrics to measure the health of our products and rider experience
Requirements include:
- 6+ years of industry experience in a data science or analytics role
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data science libraries in Python or R
- Strong oral and written communication skills
