Job Description

XGD Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Leader to oversee our land restoration projects in Ontario.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Ensure timely completion of projects, adhering to contract plans and specifications.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with industry standards.
  • Team Management: Supervise and direct crew members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Client Communication: Maintain open communication with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including material management, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports, including weekly operations reports and expense reports.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to projects.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in landscaping construction, athletic field construction, and maintenance.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in equipment operation and maintenance, with knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
