As a key member of the construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Site Management: Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, including subcontractors and tradespeople, to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and that all parties are aligned.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets company standards and that projects are completed to the required quality.
- Safety Protocols: Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with project team members, clients, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience as an ICI Superintendent, managing ICI projects.
- Project Experience: Experience working on new build hotel projects.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Project Management: Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Certifications: Knowledge of LEED certification and sustainable building practices preferred. Gold Seal certification or equivalent credentials highly desirable.
- Software Skills: Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
- Travel: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
