Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at 2491206 Ontario Inc.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Bondable
  • Criminal record check
  • Basic security clearance
Work Environment:

The Restaurant Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, and physically demanding tasks.
