The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience in the food service industry. Key responsibilities include conducting performance reviews, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer complaints in a professional manner. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations
* Manage inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
* Address customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

**Requirements:**

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the food service industry
* College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
