Key Responsibilities:
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management.
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Will train.

  • Heures de travail: 30 to 44 hours per week.
