Kitchen Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at CANADA INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management to stay on top of kitchen operations.
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and safe delivery of food to customers.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Will train for the role.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Setting:
- Restaurant environment.
Work Term:
- Permanent.
Work Language:
- English.
Hours:
- 30-44 hours per week.
