Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Grab and Go Indian Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Train and supervise kitchen staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high-quality food and service standards.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure timely meal preparation and minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, maintaining accurate records of kitchen operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
