Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Teacher to join our team. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering our engaging and interactive STEM programs to children aged 4-14. If you have a passion for teaching and a love for STEM, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each student
  • Lead classes and workshops, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment for all participants
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine our STEM programs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to parents and students, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in STEM education
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children in a group setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative lesson plans
  • Passion for STEM education and a commitment to delivering high-quality programs
  • First aid and CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation to travel to program locations
