You will work with a list of small to medium-sized businesses currently utilizing online advertising and marketing services on our client's platform.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct outbound sales calls to identify and capture sales opportunities
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their business goals and advertising needs
* Provide strategic advertising consultations to increase customer investment and length of time that a customer maintains their campaign
* Meet and exceed quarterly targets through high-volume outbound calling

Requirements:

* 2 years of experience in upselling
* 4 years of experience in customer service
* Secondary School diploma (preferred)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity expectations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment:

* Monday to Friday, 9 am-6:30 pm
* 35-44 hours per week
* Shift bids are placed to determine which shift you get based on metrics on a monthly basis
* 8-week training program with 4 weeks of in-classroom training and 4 weeks of nesting

Pay:

* $21.39 per hour

Schedule:

* Monday to Friday

Education:

* Secondary School diploma (preferred)

Experience:

* Upselling: 2 years (required)
* Customer service: 4 years (required)
