Acosta Group is seeking career-driven students to join our team as Field Sales Merchandiser Representatives with our Acosta Summer Paid Internship program. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales, negotiation techniques, effective problem-solving, business relationships, and presentation/communication skills. As an intern, you'll work full-time hours between Monday to Friday from May to August, with no evening or weekend work. You'll gain direct experience with our top sales representatives and merchandisers to learn about territory management, retail execution, and building client relationships. Our team is committed to driving commerce, conversion, and brand affinity through our collective creativity. As a member of our team, you'll have access to mentorship programs, referral bonuses, and opportunities for growth and internal development. We're looking for candidates who are available to work Monday to Friday from May to August, have a reliable vehicle and driver's license, and are able to lift 20-50 lbs. If you're a current or recent graduate of a Canadian college or university, we encourage you to apply.
