Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and career-driven individual to join our team as a Field Sales Merchandiser Representative. As a Field Sales Merchandiser, you will have the opportunity to work with top sales representatives and merchandisers to learn about territory management, retail execution, and building client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales and merchandising strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute sales and merchandising plans to meet business objectives and goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and merchandising metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and merchandising or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Reliable vehicle and driver's license.
