Senior Java Developer for Voice Biometrics Solutions

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our cloud-based Voice Biometrics solution, Gatekeeper, as well as other contact center applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support multiple applications, including our cloud-based Voice Biometrics solution and Genesys cloud applications.
- Design and implement CTI applications in a contact center environment with Avaya and Genesys components.
- Provide technical documentation and user documentation for solution components.
- Develop custom programming solutions, scripting, and application configuration.
- Deliver technical knowledge transfers to end-user representatives.
- Manage technical aspects of vendor deliverables, including adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality.
- Rotate 3rd line support and continually assess and plan the environment.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or technical equivalent.
- 5-10 years of experience with Java, Python development in an enterprise environment.
- Technical experience with contact center environments.
- Experience developing for CTI applications.
- Experience with cloud integrations and API development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex initiatives.
