Store Operations Manager

At Rogers Communications, we're looking for a skilled Store Operations Manager to join our retail team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving positive customer interactions and experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with accountable leaders to deliver solution-based customer experiences and meet business goals
- Coach and develop your team to create best-in-class customer experiences and achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with ongoing training and development to support the team's growth and success
- Support store operations with a creative spirit, adapting to an ever-changing environment
- Promote Rogers & Fido brands, including Rogers Mastercard
- Engage and grow your customer base with personalized communication and outreach
- Participate in community events and outreach efforts to support local small businesses

Requirements:

- Ability to work a flexible schedule (40 hours/week)
