Food Service Ambassador

At Tim Hortons, we are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team as a Food and Beverage Server. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Balance cash and record sales to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Work Setting: Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as a coffee shop, and be able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
