Developing Future Leaders

We're currently recruiting recent graduates for our 5-month Graduate Training Program, which provides intensive technical, business, sales engineering, and leadership training. As a participant, you'll gain hands-on experience in our industry-leading Commercial HVAC sales team and develop the skills needed to succeed in this dynamic field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell the world's most complete line of efficient heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and building management controls to our commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
  • Work with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers in the design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services for our customers' buildings.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with key customers.

Requirements

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in engineering (open to all engineering areas of emphasis).
  • Be a Canadian citizen or have the legal right to work in Canada without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months and have no major or frequent traffic violations.
