About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of managers and crew members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities

- Team Management: Manage and develop a team of managers and crew members, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.

- Community Involvement: Participate in local events and initiatives that positively impact our community, while promoting the McDonald's brand and values.
