Job Summary
As a Supervisor, you will play a critical role in driving the success of your store by making key decisions that impact sales and team performance. You will be responsible for leading and developing your team, ensuring they have the skills and autonomy to excel in their roles. This position may include supervising various departments, such as sales, production, or community donations.
