Job Title: Construction Labourer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Labour Management Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades
  • Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Help medical examiner in charge
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction

Requirements:

  • Industrial, commercial and institutional construction experience
  • Residential construction experience
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment
