Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Labour Management Group Ltd. as a permanent employee.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, and other construction equipment
  • Mixing and pouring concrete and asphalt
  • Assisting in the operation of heavy equipment, such as bobcats and grouting machines
  • Removing rubble and debris from construction sites
  • Performing other tasks as required by the construction team
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to work in a team environment
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and may be exposed to dust, noise, and other hazards associated with construction sites.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Schedule:

The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week.
