Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Labour Management Group Ltd. as a key member of our construction team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and performing various tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, and other construction equipment
  • Mixing and pouring concrete and asphalt
  • Assisting in the operation of various construction equipment, including bobcats, grouting machines, and chain saws
  • Performing tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Working at heights, in confined spaces, and in dangerous conditions
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in dangerous conditions
  • Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in construction
  • Knowledge of construction equipment and machinery
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
