Collection Supervisor

We are seeking a results-driven Collection Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Partners in Credit Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing innovative strategies to propel our receivables management to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement creative solutions to drive positive change in our collections process
- Lead a team of collection professionals to achieve exceptional results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our collections platform and legal processes
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
- 5+ years of experience in third-party collections, preferably managing bank client accounts
- Minimum 2 years of managing and coaching staff
- Proven ability to engage and motivate collection staff
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel and data-driven leadership
- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead by example
