Collection Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collection Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Partners in Credit Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of collection professionals to achieve exceptional results in third-party collections.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the third-party collections industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing bank client accounts. They will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coaching and developing their team, and implementing creative solutions to drive positive change.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of collection professionals to achieve exceptional results
- Oversee daily operations and actively coach and develop team members
- Implement creative solutions to drive positive change and improve collection rates
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular call calibrations and meetings
- Ensure adherence to provincial and client-specific regulations
- 5+ years of experience in third-party collections, preferably managing bank client accounts
- Minimum 2 years of managing and coaching staff
- Proven ability to engage and motivate collection staff
- Strong leadership skills and ability to drive results
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel and data-driven decision making
