Join Our Team as a Collection Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collection Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Partners in Credit Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of collection professionals to achieve exceptional results in third-party collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of collection professionals to achieve exceptional results in third-party collections
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce delinquencies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in third-party collections, preferably managing bank client accounts
  • Minimum 2 years of managing and coaching staff
  • Proven ability to engage and motivate collection staff
  • Data-driven leader with advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Operational expertise with ability to oversee daily operations and coach and develop team members
  • Strategic planning with ability to create and execute work plans and budgets aligned with client needs
