Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist

Job Summary:

This role will be responsible for improving site profitability and maintaining accurate inventory records.

The Inventory Coordinator/SAP Super User will provide reporting, conducting root cause analysis and take action on production efficiency, waste, rework and spare parts.

This role will also assist in the creation and goods receipt of technical PO's.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain inventory accuracy of raw materials and finished products.
  2. Leader of Rework and Blocked Stock Action team.
  3. Direct/Supervise lift truck operators that support the production lines.
  4. Partner with Supply Chain, Process Controlling and Quality on cost savings opportunities.
  5. Creating purchase orders and goods receipts for warehouse.
  6. Provide training assistance and procedures for operations staff.
  7. Monthly reconcile of the outside warehouse, keep and track history by month.
  8. Monthly review of all inventory adjustments, positive and negative, performing a deep dive into the top issues from the previous month to help drive change.
  9. SAP – demonstrated experience using SAP.
  10. Strong technical abilities (Excel, Access, Power Point, Lotus Notes).
