We are seeking a highly skilled Global Procurement Analyst to join our team at Jace Holdings Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing import purchase orders, coordinating inventory management, and performing various reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities- Import Purchase Order Management: Perform import purchase order management, coordinate inventory management of Own Brands, general merchandise, and overall reporting activities while balancing service level expectations of the regions against inventory investment targets.
- Inventory Management: Consolidate regional general merchandise requirements, establish new item inventory requirements based on regional forecasts, and monitor variances between demand and forecasts.
- Reporting and Analysis: Create import purchase orders based on Regional requirements consistent with inventory/service level policy, update purchase order details, and monitor purchase order statuses at each stage of the supply chain.
- Communication and Collaboration: Liaise with third-party logistics providers, audit pricing and quantities, balance inventory investment against service level goals, and oversee and replenish all Sobeys Global Sourcing purchasing and scheduling activity.
- Technical Skills: Act as a primary SAP user for replenishment/buying, review and release regional sales orders, validate regional costs, reconcile shipping discrepancies, and manage seasonal bookings and contract agreements.
- Education: An Undergraduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or a DEC and a minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
- Experience: Experience with ERP systems and basic report development, 2 years replenishment within a retail grocery environment, and working knowledge of SAP, AWR, and BW.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, CITT, CPIM, or PMAC designation, and ability to adhere to a hybrid work model.
