About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Analyst to support our stocking and drop ship procurement processes. This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to achieve sales and revenue objectives, while managing inventory assets to minimize financial exposure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and evaluate buy opportunities to optimize financial benefit
  • Effectively manage inventory to achieve department objectives for on-hand inventory, days of supply, and aged stock
  • Negotiate returns to address excess and other terms as required
  • Manage dropship billing for timely and accurate revenue recognition
  • Ensure adherence to vendor T's and C's to mitigate risk to TD SYNNEX
  • Minimize price protection exposure of on-hand inventories
  • Resolve PO disputes and shipment discrepancies with no financial impact
  • Recommend and implement improvements resulting from vendor scorecard review
  • Prepare for SIOP review
  • Escalate for internal and external customers
  • Conduct UAT testing for system enhancements and new hire training
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in English and other local/regional languages
  • Advanced proficiency with relevant computer systems and applications
