About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Analyst to support our stocking and drop ship procurement processes. This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to achieve sales and revenue objectives, managing inventory assets, and aligning with Product Marketing to execute plans and methods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and evaluate buy opportunities to optimize financial benefit.
  • Effectively manage inventory to achieve department objectives for on-hand inventory, days of supply, and aged stock.
  • Negotiate returns to address excess and other terms as required.
  • Manage dropship billing for timely and accurate revenue recognition.
  • Ensure adherence to vendor terms and conditions to mitigate risk to TD SYNNEX.
  • Minimize price protection exposure of on-hand inventories.
  • Resolve PO disputes and shipment discrepancies with no financial impact.
  • Recommend and implement improvements resulting from vendor scorecard review.
  • Prepare for SIOP review.
  • Escalate for internal and external customers.
  • Perform UAT testing for system enhancements and new hire training.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Ability to follow instructions and seek clarification when needed.
  • Proficient with common office equipment.
  • Strong data entry skills.
  • Capable of basic mathematical calculations.
  • Demonstrates complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
  • Attentive to details with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively.
  • Proficient in English and other local/regional languages.
  • Interacts effectively with management.
  • Understands and collaborates with diverse groups.
  • Skilled in negotiation and persuasive idea promotion.
