Requirements

The ideal candidate is an accomplished project manager with a deep commitment to safety in the construction industry. They possess post-secondary education in construction technology, engineering, architecture, or a related field, and bring exceptional communication skills, financial insight, and extensive experience in safety management. A proven track record of building strong client relationships, mentoring teams, and fostering a positive, safety-first project environment is essential. 5+ years of proven experience in the construction industry, proficiency in using construction software, and OSHA certification &/or relevant safety training are required.
