As a Project Coordinator Specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining open communication between stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring all project milestones are met.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position, working closely with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure project success.
  • You will assist in planning and executing projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • You will coordinate project life cycles, from initial planning to project completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • You will communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors, to ensure clarity and resolve any issues that arise.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in project coordination or construction administration, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with ability to work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite, with ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and industry standards, with ability to apply them effectively.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, with attention to detail.
  • Working towards your PMP is considered an asset but not required.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License, with reliable transportation.
