Facilities Manager for Summit Community Church

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee and maintain our property, buildings, and grounds, as well as provide support for various programs and events. This includes managing volunteers, partners, and teams involved in grounds, facilities, custodial, transportation, and maintenance activities.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee and maintain agreements, contracts, and essential records related to facility projects, volunteer training, and other church programs and events.
- Ensure the preparation of facilities for weekly Sunday services, Celebrate Recovery, Prayer Summit, and other programs, including annual Summit Camps.
- Manage and maintain relationships with volunteers, partners, and teams to ensure smooth execution of ground, facilities, and custodial tasks.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in facilities management, preferably in a religious or non-profit organization.
The estimated salary for this role is $ per hour, paid bi-weekly as it accrues. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a range of benefits, including vacation pay and opportunities for professional growth and development.
