About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Glazier Supervisor to join our team at Perfect Auto & Window Glass Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of glaziers to ensure efficient and safe installation of glass products
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Train and develop glaziers to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Recommend personnel actions and participate in performance evaluations
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Reliability and team player
Work Environment

This role involves working outdoors in a construction setting, with exposure to various weather conditions.

Work Setting

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced commercial and residential construction environment, with a focus on glass installation and repair.
