Job Title: Glass Installation Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Glass Installation Supervisor to join our team at Perfect Auto & Window Glass Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising glaziers and ensuring the successful installation of glass products in various settings, including construction and repair projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of glaziers to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate the requisition and ordering of materials and equipment
  • Train and develop glaziers to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Recommend personnel actions and participate in performance evaluations
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction or glass installation industry
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
