Job Title: Glass Installation Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Glass Installation Supervisor to join our team at Perfect Auto & Window Glass Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of glaziers, coordinating projects, and ensuring the highest quality of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train glaziers to ensure they meet company standards
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Inspect work sites to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Recommend personnel actions to management
  • Requisition materials and equipment as needed
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Reliability and team player
Work Environment:

Work will be performed outdoors in various weather conditions.

Work Setting:

Construction sites, commercial and residential buildings.

Language:

English.

Hours of Work:

40 hours per week.
