About the Role- Teach up to 3 students at a time at different levels, promoting individualized instruction and support.
- Familiarize yourself with our curriculum and teaching philosophies to deliver engaging lessons.
- Provide post-lesson notes and daily student communication updates to ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times, creating a welcoming atmosphere for students.
- Bachelor's degree or similar certification in a relevant field; fourth-year university students with extensive tutoring experience also considered.
- Strong background in spoken and written French and English; ability to instruct class sessions in French.
- Good knowledge of the current Grades 9-12 French core curriculum.
- Experience teaching/tutoring French at a Grade 9 to 12 (or equivalent) level; strong English written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and balance working with multiple students simultaneously.
- A competitive salary range of $17 - $20 per hour, offering financial stability and growth opportunities.
