Executive Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Executive Project Coordinator to join our team at Modern Fabrication Ltd. This is a permanent position with 40 hours per week.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, training or arranging for training, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, establishing methods to meet work schedules, reading blueprints and drawings, requisitioning materials and supplies, and requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment and supplies.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete their tasks efficiently.
- Coordinate project timelines and milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety protocols and procedures.
- Analyze work schedules and establish efficient methods to meet production targets.
- Review blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Procure materials and supplies as needed to support ongoing projects.
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this role.
- Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
