Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at The Harbour Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
Responsibilities:- Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
- Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient room cleaning and maintenance.
- Supervise staff to ensure they meet safety standards and departmental policies.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including budgets and payrolls.
- Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure optimal coverage.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Or equivalent experience.
- Hotel, motel, resort.
- English.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
