Job Summary

As a Market Research Manager at RBC, you will be responsible for leading marketing campaigns and market research initiatives to drive business growth and innovation. You will analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute market research strategies to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify market opportunities and develop strategic plans
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners and clients
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in leading marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
