As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and leading a high-performing team of sales and client success professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Lead a team of sales and client success professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- 5+ years of leadership experience, with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Experience in the corporate learning and development space, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends.
